Wochenend und Sonnenschein, wie wärs, wir bleiben mal wieder daheim und kochen was, das uns allen Spaß macht. Der Grill scheint ja momentan nicht gebraucht zu werden, wegen Regen, somit bekommt jeder Urlaubsgefühle und die schmecken am Besten. Leider ist auch der Bauer genötigt zu Hause zu bleiben, da er Heu und Silo nach Hause fahren muss. Leider hatte er dieses Jahr etwas Pech gehabt. Erst wartete der gute Biobauer auf gutes Wetter, denn sein Heu muss 3 Tage an der Sonne liegen, um heimgefahren zu werden. Dann hat er zulange gewartet und es kam der bedauerliche Regen. Nach langen Warten, schenkte uns der Wetterbericht die Frohbotschaft Sonne, der Bauer ging an seine Arbeit und legte los .Sieben Hektar wurden gemäht, doch wo war die Sonne am nächsten Tag? Am zweiten Tag war die Sonne nun da, der Bauer war erfüllt, alles sollte seinen gewohnten Gang gehen, aber denkste, am Abend standen Gewitterwolken am Himmel. Schnell, rettet was zu retten ist, die Heupresse wird geordert und los geht’s. Leider standen schon die Gewitterwolken über Hochholz, und wer kann schon 60 Ballen Heu innerhalb einer halben Stunde nach Hause fahren und sie unterstellen. Am Abend lag der Bauer in seiner Badewanne, und sein einziger Blick galt der liebsten Bäuerin, mit dem Kommentar, dass es beim nächsten Mal bestimmt besser wird. Die beste und einzige Bäuerin von Hochholz schruppte gedankenversunken den Rücken vom Bauern und konnte leider nicht vermeiden anzumerken, dass wenn sie gefragt worden wäre, das gewusst hätte, mit dem Regen, aber sie ist ja nicht gefragt worden, und da sie es ja gewusst hat mit dem Regen , ihn, also dem Bauern, nie hätte mähen lassen sollen wollen.
Anmerkung der Redaktion: Hätte, würde, täten, ist keine gute Reaktion auf so ein Pech, sondern ein Glas Wein, und ein gutes Essen, weil es ja sowieso weiter geht, hier auf dem Land der Seeligen, mit 48 Kühen und Kälbern, Enten und Gänsen, Mäusen und Katzen, Hunde und Läuse. Also merke : nach einer versau… Arbeit, kehre Heim ins Reich, trinke einen guten Schluck Weisswein, und suche in der Bratröhre das Mussaka vom Mittag, dann wird alles wieder gut.
Auf geht’s zum Rezept!
Zutaten:
500 g Kartoffeln, Öl zum Anbraten, Salz und Pfeffer, 4 Auberginen, 2 große Zwiebeln, 4 Okraschoten, 500g Angusrinderhackfleisch, Paprika, Muskat etwas Thymian, Rosmarin, Salbei, 2 Eßl. Tomatenmark, Knoblauch, Fleischbrühe, 2 Zimtstangen. Für den Guss (Saliwka): 1-2 Becher Joghurt aus Schafsmilch, 3 Eier, 1 Messerspitze Backpulver, etwas Mehl, Salz.
Zubereitung:
Die geschälten, kleingeschnittenen Kartoffeln im heißen Olivenöl anbraten, leicht salzen. Auberginen halbieren, salzen, 30 Minuten ruhen lassen. Anschließend auch diese im heißen Öl anbraten. Die gehackten Zwiebeln mit dem Hackfleisch anbraten, Okraschoten (Okraschoten bitte zuvor kurz ins heiße Wasser), Gewürze und das Tomatenmark, Knoblauch dazugeben und mit Fleischbrühe oder etwas Weißwein ablöschen. Abschmecken mit den Gewürzen, etwas aufkochen lassen. In eine gefettete feuerfeste Form abwechselnd Kartoffeln, Auberginen und Hackfleischmasse schichten, die zwei Zimtstangen einfach in die Masse stecken. Mit etwas Brühe oder Weißwein angießen und das Gericht 40 Minuten im Ofen garen. Joghurt mit dem übrigen Gusszutaten verrühren, über das Mussaka gießen, nochmals 10 Minuten backen, bis sich eine Kruste bildet. Wer will kann darüber etwas Parmesan streuen.<br /> Dazu gibt es einen griechischen Weißwein Tsantali. Guten Appetit<br /> <br /> Okraschoten gibt es im türkischen Spezialitätenladen, wie beschrieben, diese kurz ins heiße Wasser geben, sonst werden sie schleimig. Noch ist nicht aller Tage Abend, wir kommen wieder, keine Frage, denn nach Heu und Grummet legen auch wir eine sogenannte Sommerpause ein. Das heißt, wenn alles gut geht, fahren wir ein paar Tage in den Urlaub, schauen uns 5 Tage die Welt an und wir sehen uns vielleicht wieder im September, wenn es wieder heißt: wir haben geschlachtet und bieten deshalb unser gutes Angusrindfleisch unseren treuen Kunden an.
